Agree sound is terrible especially if you have the pen in your shirt pocket and you talk from being behind the pen, sound is too loud and distorted, no option to adjust microphone. On days when its windy, the wind cuts out the sound of your voice.
The video mode: bad a night time, you need to use a torch or be in a lit area to be able to pick up a good video. you have to move slowly to stop videos from the blur factor. In saying this. I use this Pencam at work on Security Patrol, it's a lot better than no footage and sound.

Can't hear anything except a bunch of blurb blap, any loud noise sounds even worse..
Lots of echo indoors making it hard to make out what is being said.
Video isn't too bad for the size of the lens.

This is a really useful and practical little product. The fact that the pen looks like a pen and indeed works perfectly as a pen means that it is fully acceptable in meetings and everyday use.
It is not intrusive nor offensive.
But helpful and conveniently sized and well designed.
