The helicopter works fine. It excides my expectations. The video is great and the unit's range is good. For I got a great product. Follow the instructions on manual. Do Not fly it with wind, it will go away fast. Be careful with surroundings, it could cause an accident. Take it to a park. I bought as video tool, not as a toy. Swann costumer service is very professional and helpful, for any issues and questions.

this is a good deal for what you get. don't confuse it for the more expensive helicopters. 7 minute run time is ok, but a battery that changes would be better. overall, a strong toy, that has cool features under 45.00.

Its kinda upsetting to only get 5-7 minutes of flight then recharge an hour.good feature of camera the helicopter....there should be a realtime media app smartphone see what what your flying over rather than to wing it
