At the price of .00-.00, it's a good camera for DAYTIME viewing. I normaly read the customers reviews before purchasing anything ( I highly recommend taking a few extra minutes to read reviews...Good & Bad...before making a decision on any and everything you buy) and I read these reviews as well. That said,...I missed an important feature that I really wanted.
This camera doesn't switch to black and white when it's dark or night time, which allows you to see objects better and clearer than if it stayed in color when dark or night time. I believe a "CMOS" camera will, might be wrong.
Pictuer quality is grainy at best and the color is off. The microphone picks up sound REALLY WELL. Too much actually.
Easy hook-up, long cords and even comes with a short power cable to use a 9V battery for remote areas.
If you read the dimensions/measurments on the product page, there not of the camera but the box that it all comes in. Camera size is more like 1" x 1" x 1/2". Really small.
Oh yeah, AND, It doesn't have any Infra-Red LED lights on it (usually around the lens area) which is a MAJOR CLUE to let you know if it can or can not view in the dark or night.

I took this tiny camera and concealed it in an existing "unit" in my house to capture all traffic at my front door! You never know it's there! The only downside is that you have to position it in an area where you'll have full viewing coverage. It does NOT have as wide of a capture area as most indoor/outdoor cameras, but that's only because of it's size. It's perfect for indoor use where there is plenty of light. It also doesn't capture anything at night, but for you can't complain! You'll definitely need to purchase extended wiring. It comes with fairly long cables, but if you need to conceal in crawlspace or attic, you'll need more. It works with any surveillance DVR that uses BNC and 12v power, not just Swann. I use it with a NightOwl DVR.

Rated 3 out of 5 by issababy Nice product. There should be a better description on the website, though. I thought this would be for outdoor use but the packaging says indoor. But since we're using it in a screen room, I'm sure it will be fine.

camera is as tiny as a mini chocolate bar, its almost a spy camera but it can capture the entire room. you an view the camera without the dvr but you cant record so if you wish to record you need to have a dvr recorder, only problem is the cable to keep the power on is too short and you will need several extension if you will install this outdoor.
