Update August 31, 2020: SAFE by Swann App Now Retired
Due to circumstances outside our control, Swann started a process in May to retire the SAFE by Swann app and migrate devices to the Swann Security app. We communicated our plans, and options to migrate existing cameras to the new app, to owners of those devices but, as of August 31, SAFE by Swann has now been retired.

General FAQs

Due to problems with the supplier of the SAFE by Swann app, Swann is no longer able to continue providing service on that app.
Swann has been communicating with all users of SAFE by Swann using the email addresses linked to SAFE by Swann accounts.

Smart Security Camera (SWWHD-INTCAM), Indoor Security Camera (SWWHD-INDCAM), Outdoor Security Camera (SWWHD-OUTCAM) and Floodlight Security Camera (SWWHD-FLOCAMW) and variations.
As soon as we became aware that SAFE by Swann was coming to an end we began the process of communicating with users and managing the transition of their cameras to the new Swann Security app. This involved tens of thousands of people and cameras, most of whom were successfully able to use the new app.
